Teeth whitening strips contain a bleaching gel that contains an active ingredient. Smilebuddy uses its unique bleaching formula called PAP+. When the strips are applied to the teeth, the bleaching gel penetrates the enamel and breaks down the colored molecules that cause discoloration.

The carefully selected ingredients in our strips include: Glycerin, Aqua/Water, PVP, Ethylcellulose, Alcohol, Sodium Polyacrylate, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid (PAP), Xylitol, Potassium Citrate, Hydroxyapatite, Rebaudioside A, Menthol, Sodium Citrate, Xanthan Gum, PVM/MA Copolymer, C12-15 Pareth-3.

Each box comes with a total of 7 strip packets, one for the upper teeth and one for the lower teeth. To assist you in tracking your progress, a shade guide is also included in the package. With this guide, you can easily monitor your progress and see the results after each use.

Use the strips twice a week to maintain white teeth. If it is your first time using Smilebuddy, you can use 4 strips per week for the first two weeks.

When used according to the instructions, teeth whitening strips are safe and do not damage your teeth. However, overuse or improper use of the strips can lead to side effects such as gum sensitivity or tooth sensitivity.

The most common side effects of teeth whitening strips are temporary gum sensitivity and tooth sensitivity.

Here's how to use Smilebuddy teeth whitening strips:

1. Wipe your teeth with a towel to ensure they are dry.

2. Place the teeth whitening strip on your teeth and press it to ensure it stays in place.

3. Repeat the process for the lower jaw and wait for 30 minutes.

4. Brush your teeth as usual and rinse away any residue.

It is not recommended to eat or drink while using teeth whitening strips, as it can affect the results and increase the risk of side effects.

The duration of teeth whitening results can be influenced by your daily habits. Consumption of certain foods and drinks such as wine, coffee, and tobacco can cause discoloration and reduce the effectiveness of teeth whitening. To maintain a whiter shade of teeth, we recommend maintaining good oral hygiene habits and avoiding the consumption of food and drinks that can negatively impact your teeth. With proper care and maintenance, you can experience the results of Smilebuddy strips for up to 12 months or more.

Yes, it is recommended to avoid smoking and consuming coffee, tea, or red wine while using teeth whitening strips, as they can impact the results you achieve.

With our unique bleaching formula, it is perfectly fine to use Smilebuddy teeth whitening strips even if you have sensitive teeth.

Teeth whitening strips are typically effective in removing surface-level discoloration, such as discoloration caused by food, beverages, and smoking.

Changes in tooth color can be caused by various factors such as aging, infections, enamel wear, lack of dental care, and antibiotic use. It is important to note that Smilebuddy teeth whitening strips only have a cosmetic effect and cannot treat underlying issues that require dental treatment.

The strips should not be applied to teeth with braces under any circumstances, as they can only bleach the part of the tooth surface that the gel comes into contact with. This will result in uneven bleaching and can also cause oxidation of the metal, leading to discoloration of the braces themselves.

Although there are no clinical evidence showing that Smilebuddy teeth whitening strips are harmful to pregnant or breastfeeding women, we still advise against the use of teeth whitening strips by these groups for safety reasons. This is because there is a lack of studies specifically examining the safety of using teeth whitening products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

It is recommended to avoid using teeth whitening strips if you have mouth sores or gum problems, as it can worsen the condition. Furthermore, you should wait for a few days after a dental visit or any other oral procedures before using the strips to allow the mouth to heal and avoid irritation.

One should be over 18 years old to use our product.

In some cases, it can happen that we run out of stock for an item while you have placed an order. You should be notified about this by our customer service. However, if by any chance you do not receive any notification and discover that you are missing an item, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you promptly.

We and the warehouse are working hard to dispatch all packages as quickly as possible. If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately, it is too late to make changes to the order. If your package has not been shipped yet, we can make changes to the address or similar details, but it is important that you contact our customer service immediately to rectify the error.

You can make a payment using card payment. We support all major cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

If the payment does not go through, you should receive an error message. If there are mandatory fields that you have forgotten to fill out, they will be marked with a colored box. There may also be an issue with your card. It is important that you double-check that all the information is correct. If it is still not possible to click "Complete Purchase," we recommend trying to close the entire page and re-entering.

To apply a discount code, you can do so at the end of the checkout process when entering your payment information. You will see "Add discount code" on the right side of the page, and that's where you can enter the code. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

Yes, we offer home delivery. We will send the package directly to your mailbox. Note: If your package doesn't fit in your mailbox, it will be sent to the nearest pickup location, and you will receive a notification via mail, email, or SMS to collect it.

The shipping cost is only 5 USD. In certain periods, we offer free shipping!

The package is shipped on the same or following day. The expected delivery time with Posten is 2-4 business days. All shipments are sent through Posten Norge (Norwegian Postal Service).

If you have received the wrong item or items with defects, we will send you new items at no extra cost to you. In order to have the correct item shipped out, the incorrect item needs to be returned (or a picture of the defective item). Please contact our customer service at help@smilebuddystrips.com and include your order number when contacting us.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please note that if you haven't received a confirmation email, it may have landed in your spam folder. If you want to return all or part of your order, please contact customer service. Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will refund you the amount you paid for the items. Note: Please ensure that the product's seal is not broken, and the product itself has not been used or tested.

The tracking information will not update until the carrier scans and begins handling your package. Once they do so, your tracking will be updated. If the tracking number doesn't update or doesn't work at all, please contact us through customer service.
